Let’s look at how we can tackle 3 areas to maintain health and wellbeing
Are you a morning lark? Or a night owl? Do you feel tired every day? Perhaps work demands are stressing you. Or small things weigh you down.
For every tough situation that you face. There is always a solution. But the aim is to start slowly. We will consider each area in greater depth in subsequent posts.
1| Stress Management
Are you bogged down by stress?
You may not find it easy to talk to anyone about how you feel. Whether it’s work related or personal. If you are unable to speak with those around you it can make it more difficult.
There are 4 specific signs that indicate you could be stressed. And we will look at each of these in a specific post in more detail.
2| Healthy Eating
Do you see your lifestyle as healthy?
You may prepare a healthy, balanced diet plan for you and your family every day. You may keep a healthy body weight and are well aware of how to prevent a range of health issues. However, we all know that sometimes due to lack of time, we may choose unhealthy options.
There are 3 key parts of your diet that you can begin improvements in to become healthier. We will look at each of these in another post in more detail.
3| Money Management
Are you constantly worried about money?
The Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD) reported in 2016 that the biggest cause of stress of people living and working in London was money related.
This has a huge impact on our performance at work or home. There are 4 ways you can tackle this area straightaway. This will be in an individual post in more detail.
For today think about the changes you would like to make. Then as we consider each of these three areas closer, highlight at least one change. Over the next three weeks aim to practice the changes by implementing them into every day. Focus on daily development of each area will lead to a more positive wellbeing.

It is important you give yourself time to figure out what works for you, then take things at your own pace and go slowly. Aim to achieve one or two goals first, before moving on towards more brainstorming and ideas.
