- Fourthly, is probably the most important, because any mastery of a skill requires practice. So why would leadership skills be exempt from practice.
- Fifthly, you and only you can assess and re-assess yourself across the time line of your life and career with the help of a mentor or support so that you can identify your ‘ideal self’ and find your ‘real self’. The point of this task is to discover your strengths and work on the gaps through experimenting and practice.
These theories show us that we will be unable to develop as an effective leader without personally growing, because it comes down to our progressive authenticity as one who leads.
