Do you long to make every single moment count from the good, bad, ugly, inspiring and not so wonderful?
On Valentine’s Day, there is so much talk about love. That it can leave your head spinning. If you single and looking to survive this day. Why not focus on two tips.
1| Love yourself…
2| Love others…
Both ways allow you to celebrate the unreserved sacrificial love of God for us. That is unconditional. Selfless. Incomparable to any love. Because God’s love is divine. Christ laid down His life for us. (1 John 3:16) And urged us to do the same, displaying selfless love to others. (John 13:34-35) All we do should be in love. (1 Corinthians 16:14) If we do not love then we do not know God, because God is love! (1 John 4:8)
If you feel suffocated by all the talk about love. Or trying to find love. Do something different. Learn a new skill or divert your emotions by writing.
I started by writing. My first publication Praying for My Future Husband 31 Short Prayers is a prayer devotional book with key words for each day aimed at helping you devote time to pray for your future spouse. For his heart, mind and emotions. And I think this is a better option than trying to find him myself!
God’s love for you works together for your good (Romans 8:28) because His plan for you is perfect. Nothing can separate you from His love. (Romans 8:35) You can trust Him with all your heart (Proverbs 3:5-6) because He understands your life better than you ever could. So if you feeling unloved, unimportant or insecure this Valentine’s Day. Remember to Whom you belong. (Ephesians 2:19-22)
