Have you ever stopped and wondered why you write?
When I first contacted other writers, speakers, bloggers ~ the one consistent thing they seemed to say was that everyone has a story to tell. That every story is exclusive and individual. Is writing your artwork or a craft that defines you? Only through time and deliberate practice will you master this craftwork of words and artistry of sentences. And discover your expression of living and the bottom line of your story.
There are numerous blogs on the internet. It was amazing what I found typing into search engines. I was encouraged to hear how many women made themselves vulnerable by telling their story. There may be many writers out there, but each story is distinct and unique. An expression of self in an artistic way.
I write because…
There is a way with words that only writing can clearly rephrase – time, experiences and misunderstandings. To make sense of adventures and possibility. Creating a reality that could be an escape or question. In spite of oneself. Gazed through retrospect exploring ideas leaves you with love and reaffirmation. God wants us to share our story with those that have walked the same road we have. And how can we unless we become vulnerable and tell them our own story. Arising out of boredom or failures or much grim determination. By God’s grace He can give us the strength to encourage another person by sharing our experiences to know that He is faithful to finish what He begins through every fragile strand of hope.
God’s promises gives us hope.
God’s love never fails.
God’s Word will remain forevermore.
