Good tips, Ava. I agree with the idea of learning when to say no so we focus on what really matters. Time is a precious thing and so much so, that once it’s gone, we can’t get it back. I like to say, We will never find time in the lost and found.

I can always use help with time management. Do not disturb can be a huge key for me, and adjusting as I go throughout the day.

These are really helpful tips. I struggle with so many different jobs, including a full-time job, that it can feel like multiple personalities at times. I loved your suggestion about working in three hour chunks. I am definitely going to borrow that one !
