STOP Bad Habits Through Prayer



  • Negative thoughts

  • Over reacting in situations 

  • Over thinking every scenario

  • Projecting the past

  • Worrying

  • Self-sabotage

  • Procrastination

  • Limiting yourself

  • believing the worst


  • Think with care before you speak

  • Breathe first, take a moment and then respond

  • Go by facts not feelings

  • Find the positives in any situation

  • Not react by making fear based decisions

  • Believe that ‘you are good enough!’

  • Esteem yourself beginning now

  • Practice new behaviours

  • Think BIG!

  • Focus only on solutions

  • Adjust expectations

  • Love yourself the way God loves you

  • Develop healthy thinking and behavioural  habits 

Do NOT lose heart in doing good, for in due time you will reap if you do not grow weary (Galatians 6:9)…

CONTINUE in the things you have learned and become convinced of, knowing from whom you have learned them (2 Timothy 3:14)…

NOT lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day (2 Corinthians 4:16)…

BE strong and NOT lose courage, for there is reward for your work (2 Chronicles 15:7)…

Though you may stumble, you will NOT fall, for the Lord upholds you with His hand. (Psalms 37:24)…

Don’t incarcerate [confine, imprison, detain, hold, lock up] yourself… by allowing what happened [past] to you… to control [influence, direct your behaviour/course of events] you!
