With the long weekend ahead. Time to take a break. Or kick-start the holiday season. Whether you thinking of a beach break. Or a city getaway. Here are 4 tips to prepare…
1| Pack your holiday bag
Be organised. Load your backpack. Or overnight bag. With some essentials you shouldn’t forget. Such as lip balm, hand cream, insect repellant, hayfever medication, pain killers, sunglasses, tissue, snacks. What you need most.
2| Pamper yourself
After all the colder weather. Your body needs a boost. To recover from central heating. Winter woolies. And closed footwear. Try some TLC. Revive your skin with body scrubs and brushes. Moisturise with body yogurts. Soak your hands and feet. Get a manicure and pedicure. Deep condition your hair with treatment masks.
3| Keep hydrated
Drink water everyday. At least 1.5 litres. More if you out in the sunshine. Keep a bottle of H20 at hand. Whilst you away and travelling.
4| Choose sun protection
In the sunshine. Always keep protected. From harmful rays. With a hat. Sunglasses. Clothing to keep you cool. And most important a good factor suncream. The sun is hottest between 11am to 3pm. So choose a good brand suncream. There are many brands to choose. From sunscreen. To sunblock.
Then begin your weekend. With a smile. Filled with laughter. And love. Get away. Sleep in. Enjoy a coffee. And perhaps a book. Strolls along the beach. Glass of bubbly on a rooftop terrace. Have a nice weekend!
