Holidays. Time for a break. Short or long. One question that affects us all is. How do you stay lean? And trim when you are on holiday?

1| READY. STEADY. JET OFF.

Now you are enroute to your dream escape. Put your phone down. Give social media a break. Take time to enjoy the present moment.

2| ALTHOUGH YOU CAN RESTRICT YOURSELF AND WHAT YOU EAT. BE MODERATE.

Choose and plan healthy eating options. Allow yourself small treats fairly. This is a lifestyle. And holidays shouldn’t change that. Learn to say no. Not give in. Simply because tempting food is there.

3| DON’T DITCH EXERCISE. START YOUR MORNINGS WITH A PLAN.

Find a gym or park. Choose something simple. Like exercise on a mat outlooking the ocean or tranquil park. Or maybe try a new excursion. Build a routine. From leisurely activities such as swimming. Long picturesque walks. To hiking trails. Add pace with steady running. If you are more adventurous, ventures could include roller blading down the promenade. Cycling through the landscape and country.
